Production

In digital printing made in meters, only ink is sprayed from the cartridges. Cartridges containing dyeing product in accordance with the fabric to be printed are left in the machine and printed. If the printing is to be applied to cotton fabric, the reactive dye cartridge is placed in the machine, if it is to be applied to the polyamide fabric, the acid dye cartridge is placed in the machine.

What We Do?

Sublimation Digital Printing

The feature of the ink used in sublimation printing is that it turns into gas when pressed at 180-220C degrees and dyes polymer-coated surfaces and polyester textures.

Digital Transfer Printing

It is the process of transferring the dyestuff, which has the property of sublimation (i.e. evaporation with the effect of heat) transferred to the paper, to the fabric with the effect of heat and pressure.

Embossed Printing

It is the name of the process for embossing or crushing the desired areas on the paper.

Foil Printing

Foil printing is a type of printing in which special foil papers are attached after the glue is transferred to the area where the pattern is.

Rotation Printing

With this method, the fabric to be printed is passed under the continuously rotating printing rollers on a wide rubber band.
